SOUSTONS PLAGE, pleasant and bright T2 + cabin, in a residence on the edge of a marine lake, close to shops, Pinsolle golf course, ocean, cycle paths…. Ideally located for a wonderful vacation and to enjoy the fresh air of the Landes.
Includes: fully equipped kitchenette (hood, 4-burner ceramic hob, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and large fridge/freezer). Living room (sofa bed, TV, dining area, table + chairs), bay window giving access to balcony. Bathroom with shower, washbasin, mirror and WC. Curtained-off sleeping area with 2 90cm bunk beds. Bedroom: 140cm bed, bedside tables and lamps, closet. Shared parking. Capacity: 4/6 people.
A charge of €25 per week will be levied between mid-October and mid-May inclusive. THE END OF STAY CLEANING IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE (option 80 €).
