The house includes a living/dining room with TV, an open-plan kitchen equipped with ceramic hob, microwave, oven, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher. A bathroom with bathtub, sink, and toilet. Bedroom 1 has a double bed (150 cm). The garage has a washing machine and dryer. Upstairs: Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds, 2 single bunk beds, and 1 trundle bed, plus a balcony. Bedroom 3 has a king size bed (180 cm) and a balcony. There is also a second bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet. Outside, a terrace with garden furniture and a small gate with access to the lake. Capacity: 6 people. Final cleaning is not included in the rental price (optional: €120). A contribution to charges of €40 per week will be requested between MID-OCTOBER & MID-MAY included.
