BEDROOM 2: 2 bunk beds 80*200 and door leading to the terrace. BEDROOM 3: 2 bunk beds 90*200. 1 bathroom with bathtub and double sink, 1 separate WC. ANNEX BEDROOM with access from the outside and leading to 1 terrace: 1 bed 160*200, 1 shower room with WC. COVERED TERRACE: tables, chairs, sun loungers, plancha. Outdoor shower. Private garden not enclosed on family estate. It is essential to respect the calm and tranquility of the place. Drones are prohibited. Bed linen and towels provided. Capacity: 8 people. A contribution of €50 per week will be requested between MID OCTOBER & MID MAY inclusive. END OF STAY CLEANING IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE (option €150).
