This apartment is located on the 1st floor of a house inhabited by the owners, shared access but a private garden area with barbecue, table and garden chairs, parasol. It includes a living room with a kitchenette equipped, filter and Nespresso coffee machines, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle…, separate WC, bedroom with a 140×190 bed, cabin with 2 bunk beds, shower room with shower and sink. Don’t forget to close the gate each time you pass. Washing machine and dryer in the external laundry room. Parking outside the property.
Capacity: 2/4 people. A contribution of €25 per week is requested between mid OCTOBER & mid MAY inclusive. END-OF-STAY CLEANING IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE (option €70).
