The ground floor opens onto a bright living space consisting of a warm living room with television, sofa, two armchairs, and coffee table, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hobs, extractor hood, coffee maker, and kettle. An adjoining pantry offers a refrigerator-freezer and a washing machine. A bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and an adjoining shower room (shower + sink), as well as a separate toilet, complete this level.
Upstairs, you will find two additional bedrooms, each with a double bed (140 cm), a mezzanine fitted with a single bed (90 cm) and a pull-out bed, as well as a bathroom with bathtub, sink, and toilet.
Outside, you will enjoy a beautiful wooden terrace with plancha, a closed garden perfect for children, and a private pétanque court, ideal for sharing friendly moments at the end of the day. The house can comfortably accommodate 6 to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided. Wi-Fi connection included.
